What it will do

Answers from your own data

Everything on this page is coming soon. Here is what Analytics is built to do.

  • Instead of: Pixels sharing your shoppers

    Your events, on your domain

Events are collected on your own analytics address, through your storefront’s server, and only with consent.

  • Instead of: Reports that stop at the click

    Revenue, margin and customers

Dashboards for owners, marketing, sales and fulfilment, with product, customer and margin reports.

  • Instead of: One attribution model

    Five attribution models

Last click, first click, linear, position based and time decay, across 15 channels you can edit.

  • Instead of: Problems spotted a week late

    Alerts that act

Alerts on thresholds, changes and anomalies, and each alert can start an automation flow.

Where it stands

Built, and being checked before launch

Analytics is built. It is being run in production before we switch it on for stores, so until then every part of it is marked coming soon here and on the pricing page.

Now: Built. Being checked on live accounts before we switch it on.

  • Dashboards, funnels and attribution built from your own store’s events, collected through your storefront with consent. No tracking pixels.

  • Send orders and leads back to Google Ads, Meta and Microsoft Advertising, only for shoppers who agreed to it.

Works with the rest of Elara One

Analytics shares its customers, data and admin with every other module, so nothing needs syncing.

  • Commerce

Catalogue, checkout, promotions, shipping and payments.

Funnels, margin and attribution are worked out from your real orders.

  • Automation

Flows that email, text, assign and update records.

An analytics alert will be one of the triggers that can start a flow.

  • CRM

Contacts, companies, tasks, lists and lead routing.

Visits will connect to the contacts and orders already on each customer’s record.

FAQ

Questions about Analytics

What we can tell you before it is switched on.

When will Analytics be available?
Analytics is built and is being checked in production before we switch it on. It sits in the “Now” column of our roadmap, and the changelog will say the day it goes live.
Does it use third-party tracking pixels?
No. Events are first-party: they go from your storefront’s server to your own analytics address, and only with the shopper’s consent.
Can I send conversions to Google Ads and Meta?
Conversion sync to Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Advertising and GA4 is part of Analytics and is coming soon with it. It checks consent before anything is sent.
Which plans will include it?
Scale plans will include Analytics, and Growth plans will be able to add it. It is the same on Leads and Commerce.
What can I use until then?
Our starter storefronts can send events to your own Google Analytics 4, only when you set an ID and the shopper consents. Your orders, leads and contacts are already in Elara One, ready for Analytics to report on.
