Follow one order through a homeware shop running on Elara One. Four screens, one customer, nothing copied between systems.

Ada buys an oak desk lamp and two linen cushions. Stripe pays £157.00 into the shop’s own account, the stock goes down and her confirmation email goes out by itself.

The order lands on Ada’s customer record, beside the quote she asked for on Monday and the texts she exchanged with Grace. A flow can move her from Lead to Customer the moment she pays.

Flows start when something happens: an order placed, dispatched or delivered, a form sent, a lead who goes quiet. Each one can email, text, create a task for the owner or call a webhook.

Ada texts back about the smoked finish. Her message arrives in the shared inbox with her orders beside it, so whoever answers knows exactly what she bought.

Payments

Paid into your own account

Connect your own Stripe and PayPal accounts. Customers pay you directly, and Elara One takes nothing from your sales.

No fees on your sales
You pay your plan. Stripe and PayPal charge their usual processing fees, and that is all.
Card details never reach us
Cards are entered into Stripe’s own payment form. Card data stays with Stripe and PayPal.
Clear reasons when a card fails
A declined card comes back with a clear decline code, so your checkout can tell the customer what to do next.

Do I need a developer?
Not to start. Our starter storefronts give you a working shop in Next.js, Nuxt or Astro. If you already have a website, or want a bespoke one, your developer connects it through the API.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No. Payments go straight to your own Stripe or PayPal account. They charge their usual processing fees; Elara One takes no fee on your sales.
Can two customers buy the last one?
No. Stock is locked as the order is placed, so the last one can only be sold once. Each order is also placed exactly once, even if the customer refreshes the payment page.
Can customers collect in person?
Yes. Offer delivery, click and collect, or both. Delivery rates can be flat, by weight or by basket value, and zones can be countries, UK postcode areas or districts, or a radius around you.
Which emails do my customers get?
An order confirmation, and emails when an order is refunded or cancelled, all with your name and branding. Your team gets a new-order alert. Each one can be switched off.
Can I run discounts and coupon codes?
Yes. Promotions cover product and basket discounts, tiered pricing, bundles, buy X get Y and free shipping, with conditions such as first order, customer group, basket value or postcode. Coupons can be imported by CSV.
How is this different from a shop plus a separate CRM?
There is nothing to sync. Orders, form answers, chats and tasks land on the same customer record, and flows can act on an order the moment it is placed, dispatched or delivered.
