Elara One is made by Elara Labs Ltd in the UK. We build commerce, CRM, automation and customer conversations as one platform, so a business can run on one customer record instead of four tools that never quite agree.
The idea
Why we built it
A growing business usually ends up with a shop on one platform, leads in a CRM, emails in a third tool and messages in a fourth. Each keeps its own copy of the customer. The copies drift, the connectors break, and somebody spends Friday afternoon exporting spreadsheets to find out who bought what.
We think that is the wrong shape. A customer who fills in a form, buys a lamp, opens an email and sends a text is one person, and they should be one record. So Elara One keeps the catalogue, the orders, the contacts, the flows and the conversations in one place, behind one admin and one API.
It is headless where you want it to be. Bring your own storefront, or start from one of our starters, and keep the same customer record behind it.

What we hold ourselves to
Say only what is true
If a feature is on our site as available, it is built and working today. Anything else is marked coming soon or sits on the roadmap, and it moves when it ships, not before.
Your data is yours
Every store has its own database. You can export your contacts and companies whenever you like, and erase a customer properly when they ask. We never sell data or use it to advertise.
No fees on your sales
Payments go through your own Stripe or PayPal account. We do not take a percentage of what you sell, and there is no extra transaction fee from us.
Plain prices
Prices are published in pounds, excluding VAT, and what each plan includes is written down. We tell you at 80% and 100% of an allowance, before anything changes.
