These terms cover your use of elaraone.app and its documentation. Using the Elara One service itself is covered by our customer terms.

Use the site lawfully and do not try to break it. Our content is ours; code samples in the docs can be used in your own projects.

These terms

These terms apply when you use elaraone.app, including our documentation at elaraone.app/docs (the "site"). By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

If your business subscribes to Elara One, the customer terms govern the service. If the two conflict, the customer terms win.

Using the site

You may browse the site, read and share its pages, and use it to learn about and sign up for Elara One. You must not:

  • Use the site in any way that breaks the law or is fraudulent.
  • Try to get unauthorised access to the site, the servers it runs on or any connected system, or attack it with denial-of-service or similar attacks.
  • Introduce viruses or other harmful material.
  • Scrape or copy the site at a scale that puts load on it, other than through normal search engine indexing.
  • Send false information through our forms or pretend to be someone else.

Our content

The site, its text, design, graphics and the Elara One name and logo belong to Elara Labs Ltd or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law.

Code samples in our documentation are there to be used: you may copy and adapt them in your own projects under [licence — confirm, e.g. MIT]. Starter storefronts come with their own licence.

You may not otherwise copy or republish our content for commercial purposes without our permission, or use our name and logo in a way that suggests we endorse you.

Accuracy

We work hard to describe Elara One accurately. Features marked "coming soon" or "on the roadmap" are not yet available, and may change before they are. Prices shown exclude VAT unless we say otherwise, and may change; the price that applies is the one in your plan when you subscribe.

Content on the site is for general information. It is not legal, tax or other professional advice; please take your own advice before relying on it.

Links to other sites

Where the site links to other websites, those links are for your information. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.

Availability

The site is free to use. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice, and do not guarantee that it will always be available or free from errors.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

Otherwise, because the site is provided free of charge for information, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of it or reliance on its content, including loss of profits, business, data or goodwill, or any indirect loss.
