Usage

Allowances that never stop a sale

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of emails, automation runs and API requests. They are soft limits: we warn you early and your store keeps trading.

  • A notice at 80% and again at 100%. In the store admin and by email, so nothing comes as a surprise.

  • Extra emails cost £1 per 1,000. Billed with your plan. Sending never pauses when you pass the allowance.

  • Annual plans count the whole year. Your yearly email allowance is there to use in any month.

Questions about pricing

Do I pay for both Leads and Commerce?
No. Choose the line that fits. Every Commerce plan includes everything in the Leads plan of the same name, so you never pay twice for the CRM, forms, automation or inbox.
Is there a contract?
Plans are paid monthly or yearly in advance and renew at the end of each period. Our customer terms set out how cancelling works and what happens to your data.
How does annual billing work?
Pay for the year up front and you pay for ten months instead of twelve. Your email allowance covers the whole year rather than resetting each month.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices are shown in pounds sterling, excluding VAT. Any VAT due is worked out at checkout from your billing address and VAT number, and shown before you pay.
Is there a free trial?
Not at the moment. Book a demo and we will show you Elara One with your own products or forms, or try the live demo store in your browser.
What happens if I go over an allowance?
Nothing stops. We tell you at 80% and again at 100% of an allowance, and your store keeps trading. Extra emails cost £1 per 1,000, billed with your plan.
Which payment providers can I use, and what do they cost?
Stripe and PayPal, on your own accounts. They charge their usual processing fees and pay you directly. Elara One takes no fee on your sales.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Move up a tier as you grow, or add a shop by moving from Leads to Commerce. Your contacts, forms and flows stay exactly where they are.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Export contacts and companies to CSV from the CRM, export everything held about any one customer, and read everything else through the API. Your data is yours.
What does “coming soon” mean?
The feature is built and being checked before it is switched on for every store. You cannot buy a coming-soon add-on yet, and Scale plans get each one included the day it launches.
