A new admin shell with a command menu, keyboard navigation on every list, and one save bar.
- Press ⌘K (Ctrl K on Windows) to jump anywhere in the admin.
- J and K move through every list that opens a record; Enter opens it.
- One save bar with ⌘S, which notices every unsaved change, including reordered items.
